Description:
This customer returned the order because he wasn’t home when it was delivered. The delivery was rescheduled three times, but he never replied to any of my messages.
Later, he insisted on placing the order again. I told him that I wouldn’t ship it unless he paid the delivery fee in advance via bank transfer. He then sent me a fake bank transfer receipt and claimed that I had received the payment.
However, I never received any money. The receipt he sent was actually from an old transaction that had been processed about a month earlier.
